Up the hill.

Up the hill half way up.
I see the future.
I see many of the worlds resources run dried.
I see the cozy town of Lincoln in great despair.
I see people in utter disbelief.
I see the town consumed in twilight. (Zelda reference)
I see windows broken out.
I see cars piled up.
I see hurt and betrayal on friends and family.
I see an epic and fatal event that will crush mankind's way of living far off into the future and I am helpless to stop it.
O how this breaks my heart!
Whatever will we do in this tragic time that will befall upon us?!
I hope to never have to see what is at the top up the hill.
